EUIHO KIM received a bachelor’s degree from the Department of Aerospace Engineering, Iowa
State University, Ames, IA, USA, and master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Aeronautics
and Astronautics, Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA. He is currently an Associate Professor
in the Department of Mechanical and System Design Engineering, Hongik University, South Korea.
Previously, he was a research associate at the Department of Aerospace Engineering, University of
Kansas, and the Technical Lead for the ground-based augmentation system of GPS and the FAA’s alternative position, navigation, and timing programs. His research interests include satellite-based navigation, aircraft navigation using ground navaids, indoor navigation, and robotics.
