Professor Chong-Chi Chiu graduated from College of Medicine of National Taiwan University in 1999. He has more than 20 years’ experience in general surgery. After having finished his surgical training in the Department of Surgery of National Taiwan University Hospital, he has joined Chi Mei Medical Center in Taiwan. He has also been a Table Instructor of the Asian Institute of Telesurgery (IRCAD Taiwan) for many years. He is a Professor of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology in Taiwan. He has published more than one hundred papers on his research. He is also an editorial board member for several international journals.
