Prof. Dr. Małgorzata Duda is a biotechnologist and endocrinologist with long-term and wide experience. She is employed as University Professor at the Department of Endocrinology of the Institute of Zoology and Biomedical Research at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. Her areas of expertise and interest range from single-cell physiology to animal physiology, endocrinology and reproductive biology; she conducts research on the importance of the aromatization process and hormonal balance in the proper functioning of the gonads and the role of steroids and intercellular connections in the regulation of folliculogenesis and oocyte maturation. She is the author and reviewer of many research articles published in high-impact indexed journals.
