Prof. Dr. Chunyong Liang

Prof. Chunyong Liang has a position as a professor and doctoral supervisor and is currently working at the School of Health Sciences and Biomedical Engineering, Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin, China. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Hebei University of Technology, and a doctorate from Tianjin University. He was a lecturer and associate professor at Hebei University of Technology and a visiting associate professor at the National Institute for Materials Science and Engineering, Japan. His research area is the multi-level micro-nanostructure functionalized surface interface of medical metal materials. He is the deputy director of the Health Science and Engineering Research Center of Hebei University of Technology, an editorial board member of 'Coatings' journal, a standing member of the Biomedical Composite Materials Branch of the Chinese Composite Materials Society, a member of the Biomanufacturing Engineering Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the Biomaterials Branch of the Chinese Biomedical Engineering Society, the Medical Metal Materials Branch of the Chinese Society of Biomaterials, the Orthopedic Materials Translational Medicine Society of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the deputy director of the Bioelectromagnetism and Intelligent Health Professional Committee of the Hebei Society of Mathematical Medicine, and a reviewer of the National Innovative Medical Device Review Special Review Application Expert Committee.
