Chengnian Long received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Yanshan University, Hebei, China, in 1999, 2001, and 2004, respectively, all in control theory and engineering. He was a research associate with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Killam Postdoctoral Fellow with the University of Alberta, Canada. Since 2009, he has been with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has been a full professor since 2011. His current research interests include AIoT, blockchain, trusted AI, and distributed autonomous system.
