Prof. Dr. Maria Grazia Cagetti is an associate professor at the Dental School of the Department of Biomedical, Surgical and Dental Services, University of Milan, Italy, and the head of the Pediatric Dentistry Specialization Course at the same university. She achieved a degree in Dentistry in 1991 with honors and a Ph.D. in Preventive Dentistry in 1996. She is a Member of the Italian WHO Collaborating Center (WHO CC) for Epidemiology and Community Dentistry. Her research interests are largely directed toward Preventive Dentistry, Community Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Cariology, and Oral Epidemiology. She is a part of the research board within the Italian Ministry of Health for the realization of the Italian National Guidelines for Caries Prevention and Dental Traumatology and is also a member of the Organization for Caries Research (ORCA).
