Liang-Yü Chen received his B.S. in chemistry in 1994 and his M.S. in oceanography in 1996 from the National Taiwan University. In 2005, he received his Ph.D. in chemical and materials engineering from the National Central University. Following the director of food laboratory under the RD department at King-Car Food Industrial Corporation, he joined the faculty of the biotechnology department at Ming-Chuan University in 2006. Dr. Chen’s current research involves the development of new methods and devices for clinical and biochemical analysis. Professor Chen also maintains broad interest in topics such as humanities, sustainability, artificial intelligence and engineering applications.
