Federica Prinelli received a Ph.D. in Experimental and Clinical Nutrition (thesis on Nutrition Epidemiology), completed a Ph.D. at the School of Biochemical, Nutritional, and Metabolic Sciences in 2015. She graduated in Food and Human Nutrition (thesis on Nutrition Epidemiology) in 2011 from the University of Milan. Prinelli F. has been working at the ITB since 2008 and has been a researcher since 2019. She carries out research in the epidemiological field with a special focus on nutritional epidemiology and on exploring the mechanisms through which lifestyles may influence health, disease risk, and longevity. In her research, she integrates traditional epidemiological methods with advanced neuroimaging and -omics techniques.
