Professor Bin Liu, Ph.D., Postdoctoral Fellow (USA), Ph.D. Supervisor. My research and academic interests are centered around food biotechnology and molecular nutrition. I have focused on the development and mechanisms of health benefits from terrestrial and marine bioactive compounds, especially through their interactions with gut microbiota and metabolic pathways. I have also explored the deep processing of fruits and vegetables (including edible fungi) and marine foods, as well as the comprehensive development and utilization of myco-herb resources.
