Dr. Chaolumen Wu is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Chemistry at Northwestern University under the supervision of Prof. Teri W. Odom. He previously completed postdoctoral research in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University with Prof. Wendy L. Gu. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside, his M.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and his B.E. from East China University of Science and Technology. Dr. Wu’s research centers on plasmonic nanostructures, chiral photonic materials, metal/semiconductor hybrid nanostructures, and photocatalytic CO₂ reduction. He has published in leading journals including Science, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, Materials Horizons, and Matter. His representative contributions include magnetically tunable plasmonic chiral superstructures and heterogeneous nanoparticle arrays for CO₂ photoreduction. He serves as an independent reviewer for RSC Advances and Materials & Interfaces and is a recipient of the Chinese National Scholarship for Outstanding Self-funded International Students and the Robert Haddon Award.
