This paper focuses on the anti-jamming transmission problem in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communication networks. Considering the incomplete information constraint and the co-channel mutual interference, a Bayesian Stackelberg game is proposed to formulate the competitive relations between UAVs (users) and the jammer. Specifically, the jammer acts as the leader, whereas users act as followers of the proposed game. Based on their utility functions, the jammer and users select their optimal power control strategies respectively. In addition, the observation error is also investigated in this paper. Due to the incomplete information constraint and the existence of co-channel mutual interference, it is challenging to obtain Stackelberg equilibrium (SE) of the proposed game. Thus, a sub-gradient based Bayesian Stackelberg iterative algorithm is proposed to obtain SE. Finally, simulations are conducted to demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithm, and the impact of incomplete information and observation error on users' utilities are also presented.

This paper investigates the multi-user power control problem in relay-assisted anti-jamming systems. Because of the hierarchical confrontation characteristics between users and jammer, we take the incomplete information and observation error into consideration and formulate an anti-jamming Bayesian three-layer Stackelberg game, in which primary users act as leaders, relay users act as vice-leaders, and jammer acts as follower. Both users and jammer have the ability to sense others’ transmission power and choose optimal power to realize the maximum of utility. Based on the backward induction method, we propose a multi-user hierarchical iterative algorithm (MHIA) to obtain the Stackelberg Equilibrium (SE), and prove the existence and uniqueness of SE. Finally, simulation results are compared to Nash Equilibrium (NE) to verify the effectiveness of the proposed game. Moreover, both the influence of incomplete information and observation error on utility are analysed.

This paper mainly investigates the multi-user anti-jamming spectrum access problem. Using the idea of "converting harm into benefit", the malicious jamming signals projected by the enemy are utilized by the users as the coordination signals to guide spectrum coordination. An "internal coordination-external confrontation" multi-user anti-jamming access game model is constructed, and the existence of Nash equilibrium (NE) as well as correlated equilibrium (CE) is demonstrated. A coordination-learning based anti-jamming spectrum access algorithm (CLASA) is designed to achieve the CE of the game. Simulation results show the convergence and effectiveness of the proposed CLASA algorithm, and indicate that our approach can help users confront the malicious jammer and coordinate internal spectrum access simultaneously without information exchange. Last but not least, the fairness of the proposed approach under different jamming attack patterns is analyzed, which illustrates that this approach provides fair anti-jamming spectrum access opportunities under complicated jamming pattern.

This paper investigates the cooperative anti-jamming distributed channel selection problem in UAV communication networks. Considering the existence of malicious jamming and co-channel interference, we design an interference-aware cooperative anti-jamming scheme for the purpose of maximizing users’ utilities. Moreover, the channel switching cost and cooperation cost are introduced, which have a great impact on users’ utilities. Users in the UAV group sense the co-channel interference signal energy to judge whether they are influenced by co-channel interference. When the received co-channel interference signal energy is lower than the co-channel interference threshold, users conduct channel selection strategies independently. Otherwise, users cooperate with each other and take joint actions with a cooperative anti-jamming pattern under the impact of co-channel interference. Aiming at the independent anti-jamming channel selection problem under no co-channel interference, a Markov decision process framework is introduced, whereas for the cooperative anti-jamming channel selection case under the influence of co-channel mutual interference, a Markov game framework is employed. Furthermore, motivated by Q-learning with a “cooperation-decision-feedback-adjustment” idea, we design an interference-aware cooperative anti-jamming distributed channel selection algorithm (ICADCSA) to obtain the optimal anti-jamming channel strategies for users in a distributed way. In addition, a discussion on the quick decision for UAVs is conducted. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed algorithm converges to a stable solution with which the UAV group can avoid malicious jamming, as well as co-channel interference effectively and can realize a quick decision in high mobility UAV communication networks.

This paper investigates the anti-jamming problems in wireless communication networks. In these networks consisted of multiple devices (users), there exist two critical problems. On the one hand, users with various transmission requirements should coordinate their channel selection strategies distributedly to avoid spectrum conflicts and satisfy transmission demands. On the other hand, they also need to fully consider how to eliminate the effects of malicious attacks. To cope with the internal coordination and external confrontation challenges and accommodate the dynamic changing jamming attacks, a context-aware distributed coordinated anti-jamming channel access mechanism is proposed, which means for different cases of jamming attacks, different access strategies are adopted. In detail, to reflect the heterogeneous communication demands of users, the transmission satisfaction function is firstly introduced. Then, the multi-user anti-jamming scenario is modeled as a context-aware multi-pattern dynamic anti-jamming game, which can be decomposed into two sub-games. Here, for the case that the control channel is available, a local altruistic sub-game is introduced. While for the case that the control channel has been jammed, an anti-jamming congestion sub-game is designed. Besides, the existence of Nash Equilibriums is demonstrated. To obtain NEs, a context-aware distributed channel access (CDCA) algorithm is designed. Through game-theoretic analysis and distributed learning, global transmission satisfaction can be improved under the dynamic jamming environment. Furthermore, the fairness of the network can also be guaranteed.

In this paper, we study joint relay selection and the power control optimization problem in an anti-jamming relay communication system. Considering the hierarchical competitive relationship between a user and jammer, we formulate the anti-jamming problem as a Stackelberg game. From the perspective of game, the user selects relay and power strategy firstly which acts as the leader, while the jammer chooses power strategy then that acts as follower. Moreover, we prove the existence of Stackelberg equilibrium. Based on the Q-learning algorithm and multi-armed bandit method, a hierarchical joint optimization algorithm is proposed. Simulation results show the user’s strategy selection probability and the jammer’s regret. We compare the user’s and jammer’s utility under the proposed algorithm with a random selection algorithm to verify the algorithm’s superiority. Moreover, the influence of feedback error and eavesdropping error on utility is analyzed.
