Rajendra P. Gupta is currently an invited Adjunct Professor in the Physics Department of the University of Ottawa in Canada. Gupta teaches astrophysics and performs research in the field including cosmology and general relativity. Gupta has taught in the past at McGill University and worked as a Senior Research Scientist at the National Research Council of Canada. Gupta's research has been extensively cited with over 1200 citations. Gupta is a member of the American Physical Society and American Astronomical Society and a fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, London.
