Gulmira Zhumadilova received her PhD in Technological Machines and Equipment from Shakarim University, Kazakhstan. Her doctoral research focused on the development of equipment for probiotic encapsulation. Her research interests include food-processing equipment, encapsulation technologies, probiotics, functional foods, rheology, and the structural and mechanical properties of food materials.
