Biography
Prof. Dr. Wujun Ma is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Qingdao Agricultural University and a tenured professor at the Centre for Crop and Food Innovation, Food Futures Institute, Murdoch University in Australia. He received a PhD (Biology) at the University of Southern Queensland in 2009. His research focuses on proteome analysis; grain chemistry; glutenin.
