Osamu Takyu

Osamu Takyu received his B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Tokyo University of Science, Chiba, Japan, in 2002, and his M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Open and Environmental Systems from Keio University, Yokohama, Japan in 2003 and 2006, respectively. From 2003 to 2007, he was a research associate at the Department of Information and Computer Science, Keio University. From 2004 to 2005, he was a visiting scholar at the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, University of Sydney. From 2007 to 2011, he was an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tokyo University of Science. He was an assistant professor from 2011 to 2013 and has been an associate professor since 2013 in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Shinshu University. Dr. Osamu Takyu was the recipient of the Young Researcher's award of IEICE 2010 and the 2010 Active Research Award in Radio Communication Systems from the IEICE Technical Committee on RCS. His current research interests are focused on wireless communication systems and distributed wireless communication technology.
