David Moreno-Salinas received a degree in engineering in industrial electronics (2003) and engineering in automatic control and electronics (2006) from the University of Cordoba and a Ph.D. in computer science from National University Distance Education (UNED) in 2013. He worked for the Agency of R+D of the regional government of Andalusia (2006–2007). From 2007, he has been with the Department of Computer Science and Automatic Control, from 2010 as assistant professor, and since 2018 as an associate professor. His scientific activities cover aspects from estimation, positioning, sensor networks, modelling and simulation, control, and robotics.
