Antonio Guillen-Perez received a B.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering in 2016 and an M.Sc. in Information and Communication Technologies in 2018 from the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, Murcia, Spain, where he is currently working toward a Ph.D. with the Department of Information and Communication Technologies.
