Ruey-Chyn Tsaur received a BB degree in Business Mathematics from Soochow University, Taiwan in 1992, and MS and PhD degrees in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from National Tsing Hua University in 1995 and 1999, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Management Sciences, Tamkang University, Taiwan. His areas of research interest are multicriteria decision making, fuzzy set theory, business forecasting and green supply chain management.
