Wenguang Luo, a male of Han nationality, born in Ezhou, Hubei Province, was born in 1988. He graduated from Wuhan University majoring in hydraulics and river dynamics in December 2017 with a doctor's degree in engineering. Now, he is an experimenter at Qujialing Experimental Station of the Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower.
He is mainly engaged in the research of diagnosis and repair of diseased bodies in polluted rivers and lakes. He presided over the opening fund of the State Key Laboratory of Ecological Water Conservancy Project in Northwest Arid Regions and participated in the "Twelfth Five-Year" water Special Project and the investigation and analysis of pollutants in the sediment of polluted rivers and lakes in recent years. He has published seven papers and two utility model patents and participated in the compilation of one monograph.
