Prof. Dr. Pavel Kopel has been a Professor at the Department of Inorganic Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Palacky University in Olomouc since 2019. Previously, he was employed at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Faculty of Agronomy, Mendel University in Brno, and as a Senior Researcher at the Central European Institute of Technology, Brno, Czech Republic from 2011 to 2019. His research mainly focuses on the synthesis and characterization of organic and coordination compounds and nanomaterials for imaging, separation, remediation, electrode modification, therapeutics, and drug delivery.
