Yu-Hsiang Yu is a professor of Biotechnology and Animal Science at the National Ilan University, where he is conducting monogastric physiology, gut microbiota research, and feed additive evaluation. He is studying animal health-promoting feed additives to cope with the disease outbreaks after the ban on using antibiotics for animal growth promotion.
