Professor Yu Yvette Zhang is a distinguished agricultural economist. She holds a Ph.D. in biology from Duke University and a Ph.D. in economics from Texas A&M University. Her research interests are in behavioral and experimental economics, markets and information economics, consumer research, food economics, and applied econometrics.
