Prof. Dr. Agata Górska obtained her doctorate in 2004 from the Medical University of Warsaw (WUM) and then became a professor assistant in 2016 at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences  (WULS-SGGW). She is currently a professor and the Head of the Department of Chemistry at the Institute of Food Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Her research area includes nutrition and food technology (FNT).
