Graduated in Technological Chemistry from the Federal Institute of Science and Technology Education of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ) (2010). Graduated in Chemistry at Faculdade Sousa Marques---FTESM (2016). Scientific initiation at the Laboratory of Analysis and Development of Enzymatic Inhibitors (LADIE) at the Nucleus for Research on Natural Products (NPPN) at UFRJ, supervised by Professor Luzineide Wanderley Tinoco, working with structural elucidation and the study of the interaction of biomacromolecules by NMR (2008--2010). She has a Master's degree in Food Science from the Graduate Program in Food Sciences at the Institute of Chemistry at UFRJ (2016) working with food technology, the development of new products, and biochemical engineering, guided by Professor Priscilla Filomena Fonseca Amaral. She completed her doctorate at PPGCAL in the area of ​​biotechnology and food technology, under the same guidance. She took her internship at the company MERCK SA in the physical-chemical analysis laboratory.
