Zheyun Qin is currently an Associate Researcher at the School of Software, Shandong University. His research primarily focuses on computer vision perception, graph machine learning, and AI for Science. Driven by the vision of building invisible and seamless intelligent perception systems, he is dedicated to advancing computer vision from basic recognition to deep understanding. His academic interests lie in the deep integration of multimodal perception and reasoning. Specifically, he explores the collaborative modeling of heterogeneous information, such as visual, acoustic, and wireless signals, to promote efficient closed-loop systems in real-world scenarios. He aims to apply his research to critical fields including healthcare, astronomy, low-altitude economy, and brain-computer interfaces, enabling precise comprehension of the physical world. Dr. Qin has published over ten papers in top-tier venues, including IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica, CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, and AAAI. His outstanding contributions have been recognized with several prestigious awards, such as the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of Shandong Province and the First Prize of Shandong Artificial Intelligence Natural Science Award. He also serves as a reviewer for premier international conferences and journals, and acts as a youth editorial board member for multiple academic journals.
