Agnieszka Leśniak, Assoc. Prof., Ph.D., Eng., working at Cracow University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Chair of Construction Management . Her research interests: projects cost estimating, tendering and bidding, building procurement, delays in construction projects, models supporting, decision processes, using ANN in construction management. She is the author and co-author of over 100 publications in the field of construction management. She publishes in re-viewed national and international scientific journals. She has participated in many conferences. The scientific achievement, as a basis of the habilitation was the monograph entitled “Modeling the contractor’s decision of the participation in the tender for construction works”. Her teaching areas: Quantity surveying; Estimating; Economical of Building; Management in Construction, FIDIC procedures in construction projects. Agnieszka has been a supervisor of bachelor's thesis, master’s thesis and doctoral thesis. She is a co-author of two academic books in the field of cost estimation of construction works and tender documentation. She is the associate – Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Cracow University of Technology.
