Joanna Sadkowska is an associate professor in the Strategic Development Department at the University of Gdansk. In recent years, she has published papers and contributed to books dedicated to the research area of family businesses. Her current research interests include cultural issues in family firms, risk culture in these entities, andproject management issues in family-owned enterprises.
