Prof. Antonino Callea (PhD) is a Professor of Psychometrics at Lumsa University of Rome. His research interests include social and organizational psychology, including work team performance, proactive behaviors at work, and job insecurity and employee health. Furthermore, he developed and published several test validations in work psychology as well as in clinical psychology.
