Maciej Sikora is the Head of the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at the Hospital of the Ministry of Interior, Kielce, Poland, and a Professor at the Medical Institute of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, Warsaw, Poland. He earned his Ph.D. at the Department of Biochemistry and Medical Chemistry, Pomeranian Medical University, Szczecin, Poland, in 2005. He is a member of the International Bone Research Association, Basel, Switzerland. His research interests include fluoride metabolism, maxillofacial traumatology, and oral health.
