Prof. Patrizia Restani graduated in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology and obtained a post-doc in Toxicology. She is a Full Professor in Food Chemistry, at the School of Pharmacy, Università degli Studi di Milano, where she is responsible for the teaching of: 1) Food Chemistry and 2) Dietetic Products. Prof. Restani is involved in different national and international research programs in Food Safety, Dietetic Product Development (in particular in the field of allergy and celiac disease), and Food Supplement Safety. Prof. Patrizia Restani is author or co-author of more than 300 publications in national and international journals and books (160 of them peer-reviewed).
