Prof. Dr. Dietmar Haltrich received his Ph.D. from the University of Technology Graz in 1993. He is a professor of food biotechnology at BOKU University Vienna. He is also an adjunct professor at Kasetsart University Graduate School. He has been a visiting professor at Hanoi University of Technology, the National University of Lao, the National University of Singapore, and the Suranaree University of Technology. Prof. Dr. Dietmar Haltrich is also a member of the European Federation of Biotechnology.
