Biography

I am a computer scientist, educator, and researcher specializing in cybersecurity, lightweight cryptography, and secure authentication for emerging computing environments. I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Information Engineering at the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, in 2026, where I was awarded the 2024 National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Doctoral Research Fellowship for research excellence. My research focuses on designing provably secure and lightweight authentication and key agreement protocols for the Internet of Things (IoT), Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), e-healthcare systems, wireless sensor networks, RFID-enabled applications, digital twins, and post-quantum security. I have published more than 22 SCIE-indexed journal articles in leading international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, and IEEE Internet of Things Journal. My research has received over 650 citations, with an h-index of 15. In addition to research, I have taught undergraduate courses in Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Security, Computer Networks, and Object-Oriented Programming, while supervising more than 20 undergraduate capstone projects. I also serve as a reviewer for several leading IEEE journals, completing over 200 peer reviews. My academic interests lie in advancing practical cybersecurity solutions through high-quality research.
