Junsin Yi completed his M. S and Ph. D in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from New York State University at Buffalo (1989 - 1994), Currently he is a professor at the College of Information & Communication Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University, Republic of Korea (2004 - present). Prof. Yi is one of leading experts on solar energy and semiconductor materials. He is the Director of the Information and Communication Device Laboratory at the university. His research major included solar cells, TCO layers, Thin Film Transistors, Nonvolatile Memories, Insulator/Ceramics, etc. He has published more than 450 research articles in various reputable journals.
