Dr. Marco Savastano

Marco Savastano, Ph.D., is a lecturer at the Sapienza University of Rome - Management Department, qualified as an Associate Professor according to the National Scientific Qualification (ASN). He teaches the “Innovation and Environmental Management – Industrial Ecology” and “Digital Innovation and Quality Management” courses and is an Adjunct Professor at different Italian universities. He received a Ph.D. in Innovation Management from Sapienza University, with a thesis investigating the digital transformation of manufacturing. He is a visiting research fellow at the University of Baltimore (UB), within the Center for Digital Communication, Commerce and Culture, and at the TUe University of Eindhoven (NL). He actively participates in international conferences and has realized the publication of several journal articles, books and encyclopedia chapters.
