Takeshi Onodera received his B.A. degree from Toyama University of International Studies, Japan, in 1996. He received his M.Ed. in technology education, and his Ph.D. in engineering, from Kanazawa University in 1998 and 2001, respectively. He is currently an associate professor at the Faculty of Information Science and Electrical Engineering, Kyushu University. His research focuses on the development of chemical sensors for taste and odor sensing.
