Kinga Dziadek received her Doctor Degree in Faculty of Food Technology from the University of Agriculture in Krakow in 2020. She has been working as Assistant Professor at University of Agriculture in Krakow, Faculty of Food Technology, Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Her research topics mainly include: polyphenols, antioxidant activity, phytochemicals, anthocyanins, free radical scavengers, phytochemical analysis, and food analysis.
