Vianey Argüelles-Nava obtained her Bachelor’s degree at the School of Nutrition, her master degree at the Public Health Institute, and is currently a doctoral candidate at the Psychological Research Institute at the Universidad Veracruzana (UV), in Xalapa, Mexico. Vianey is professor in the UV and she is focused on understanding the relationship between obesity, diabetes, lifestyle, treatment adherence, and disease prevention.
