Dr. Ling-Hai Xie

Male, Han nationality, born in December 1976 in Qingdao, Shandong Province. He is a second-level professor and the director of the Institute of Optoelectronic Materials at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He is a recipient of the National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project for young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions, and he enjoys a special allowance from the State Council. He is also a recipient of the National Excellent Young Science Fund and has been recognized as New Century Excellent Talent by the Ministry of Education and a young and middle-aged expert providing outstanding contributions in Jiangsu Province. He is a second-level young and middle-aged leader of the "333 Project" in Jiangsu Province, the leader of the innovation talent team in the "Six Talents Peaks" in Jiangsu Province, and the leader of an outstanding scientific and technological innovation team in higher education institutions in Jiangsu Province.
