Everson A. Nunes, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Health and Sciences at the University of Guelph, Canada. He completed his PhD at the Universidade Federal do Paraná, Brazil, and also received research training in nutritional immunology at the University of Southampton, United Kingdom. His research focuses on nutritional interventions and metabolism, with particular interests in skeletal muscle, obesity, diabetes, and metabolic health.
