Rachele De Giuseppe is a Researcher at the Laboratory of Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition, Department of Public Health, Experimental and Forensic Medicine Employment, University of Pavia. She achieved her BSc in Medical Biotechnology at the Department of Medicine, Surgery and Dentistry, University of Milan, in 2004, completed her MSc studies in Biology Applied to Biomedical Research at the University of Milan in 2007, and earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry at the same university in 2012. She is a Member of the International Scientific Evaluation Committee of Joint Programming Initiative “a Healthy Diet for a Healthy Life” (JPI HDHL), a Member of the Scientific and Executive Committee of “Associazione Nazionale Italiana, Specialisti in Scienza dell’Alimentazione”, a Member of the “Bicocca Center of Science and Technology for FOOD” (BEST4FOOD).
