Carlo Prati graduated in Medicine from the University of Bologna (Italy) and Specialist in General Dentistry in 1988. He was a resident and lecturer at the same University from 1985 to 1990. He is the Director of Master in Clinical Endodontology of the University of Bologna. He worked with Prof. Carel  Davidson of  ACTA University (Amsterdam, Department of Dental Materials). He obtained a Ph.D in “Dental Materials Sciences” in  1992 at ACTA University (Promotor Prof. Carel L. Davidson). He worked from 1989 to 1991 at the Medical College of Georgia—Department of Oral Pathology (MCG). He has a full-time position at the University of  Bologna and he is the author of many international studies and meetings.
