Associate Professor Dr. Gabriela Ofelia Chiciudean, Ph.D., is currently affiliated with the Department of Economic Sciences at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Cluj-Napoca, where she has been teaching since 2013, initially as a lecturer. She graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration, specializing in the Economy of Commerce, Tourism and Services, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Business Development Management, followed by the successful defense of her Ph.D. thesis in 2012. Her academic and research activity focuses on economic development and sustainability-related topics. Between 2017 and 2020, she was recognized with six UEFISCDI awards for research excellence. Dr. Chiciudean is an active member of professional organizations, including the International Slow Food Society and the national professional body CECCAR, contributing to both academic and professional communities.
