Giancarlo Nota graduated in 1982 in Computer Science from the University of Salerno. As part of his doctoral studies, he carried out research at the Paris VI University and at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris where he specialized in programming languages. Giancarlo Nota is associate professor of Computer Science at the University of Salerno where he carries out research in the areas of Software Engineering with particular reference to: Business Process Reengineering, Knowledge Management, Project Management and Industry 4.0 where he has published over 60 articles in journals and international conference proceedings.
