Ilya S. Lebedev is a Chief Researcher at the St. Petersburg Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPC RAS). He holds a PhD in Computer Science (awarded in 2002) and leads research projects focused on adaptive intelligent data processing systems. The outcomes of the projects under his supervision have been repeatedly applied in R&D activities and included in the list of key research results of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His work has been supported by the State Program “Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation,” as well as by grants from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) and the Russian Science Foundation (RSF). Dr. Lebedev has authored multiple peer‑reviewed publications and actively contributes to large‑scale research initiatives. His research interests encompass self‑organising artificial intelligence systems and intelligent solutions for analysis and processing of weakly structured information.
