Sungjun Kim received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 2017. From 2017 to 2018, he was a Senior Engineer at Samsung Electronics Company Ltd., Republic of Korea. He joined Chungbuk National University, Republic of Korea, as an Assistant Professor in 2018. He is now a Professor at Dongguk University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. His research topics mainly include memristor, resistive switching, emerging memory, and neuromorphic semiconductors. He has published more than 280 publications in peer-reviewed journals with an h-index of 33 (Scopus, August 2024).
