Hakan F. Oztop is a Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Technology Faculty, Firat University, Elazig, Turkey. He received his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Firat University in 1996 and later on pursued masters and Ph.D. degrees at the same university energy division in 2003. His main research fields are computational fluid dynamics, energy storage, combustion, and renewable energy. He studied at the University De Montreal, Ecole Polytechnique, Canada in 2002 and Auburn University Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2004 for short-time studies. He has more than 300 international journal papers.
