Prof. Dr. Qing Ren is an Associate Professor at the Department of Bioengineering, School of Light Industry and Technology, Beijing Technology and Business University. He received a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from the Department of Agronomy, Hebei Agricultural University, and a PhD from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. His research interests mainly include the isolation, identification, and functional study of brewing microorganisms, and the development of new products such as functional food, edible skin care products, yellow rice wine, and Baijiu. He also serves as the Executive Committee Member of the Oat and Buckwheat Branch of the China Crop Society, Executive Director of the Oat Professional Committee of the China Food Industry Association, and Director of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Beauty Branch of the China Plastic Surgery and Beauty Association.
