Rui Zhang, one of the Principal Investigators of the Translational Medicine Center, Honghui hospital, Xi’an Jiaotong University, graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a PhD degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology 11 years ago. She works in the Translational Medicine Center, Honghui Hospital, Xi’an Jiaotong University, having responsibility for genetic and epigenetic research related to osteoarthritis and other complex disease. She is currently a member of the Genetics Society of China and the Chinese Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics - Health Care Data Branch. She received the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
