Assoc. Prof. Dr. Patcharin Songsri is a lecturer at the Department of Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture, Khon Kaen University. He completed his PhD studies in Agronomy (Plant Breeding) at Khon Kaen University. He recently led the Sugarcane Breeding Projects. He has published more than 70 papers in various journals and serves as a director of the Northeast Thailand Cane and Sugar Research Center, as well as for Sugarcane Breeding Projects. His teaching disciplines include plant breeding and statistics for agricultural research, and his interests include sugarcane breeding for drought resistance.
