Biao Zhou is a Medical Doctor, Professor, and chief Physician. He works at the Nutrition and Food Safety Department, Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Dr. Zhou graduated from Zhejiang University School of Public Health and obtained a Ph.D. in 2011. His research interests include epidemiology, nutrition, and food hygiene.
